We work to ship your orders quickly from the moment they reach us. We use logistics warehouses for the shipment of our products. We aim to deliver from logistics warehouses in Istanbul, Ankara, Diyarbakır to the city closest to you in the shortest time possible.

Our goal is for your product to reach you the next day. However, depending on weather conditions including weekends and holidays, it can take up to 3 days. You can check your cargo status from the cargo tracking information that will be sent to you after your order.

You can safely return your product with the return code we will provide you. When returning the product, please do not forget to include the invoice we sent you as an e-invoice.

Our company is an e-invoice user. In line with the entry of your company information during the order, your invoice will be issued and sent when the order is shipped. Apart from this, the invoice for all orders is sent to our customers via e-mail as an e-archive invoice.

We mainly work with Sürat Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo and MNG Cargo. However, considering the workload of the cargo branches, we can change the cargo company urgently to ensure that your order reaches you quickly.

Our website both sends products from its own warehouse and works with the marketplace logic. More than one wholesaler or seller can sell the same product. For this reason, although not for every product, sometimes you can see the same products both cheap and at different prices. This is not a fault of our website.

Our website transfers your data from your device to the servers with a 256-bit SSL certificate.

This also ensures that there will be no data theft. We use the PayTR system as a credit card payment infrastructure and you make the payment directly on the PayTR infrastructure.

In addition, the portal on which you are reading this content works on the globally accepted Shopify infrastructure.

If you wrote your Order Code in the receipt description when you made the payment by money order, you do not need to do anything. The necessary checks will be completed and processed within a few hours at the latest.

If the ordering information and the payment information are different, we kindly ask you to inform us to avoid confusion.
